About Us
We are a group of people of different nationalities and backgrounds, united by our passion for specialty coffee from Panama.
Our mission is to inspire commercial coffee consumers to cross into a new dimension of experiences and flavors that are present in specialty coffee. We make this possible through a series of experiences at the factory, and we facilitate access to the best Panamanian coffees, packaging it in the most innovative and convenient way available in the industry.
In March 2020, the country’s specialty coffee shops closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic, and we faced the problem of not being able to have a barista to prepare our coffee, either for a pour-over or for an espresso-based drink.
During this confinement, we discovered that specialty coffee has a high entry barrier for many consumers, since it requires many investments in grinding equipment, brewing methods, kettles, filters, among others. On the other hand, it implies having the technical knowledge to understand coffee and prepare it properly.
For this reason, we asked ourselves: is there a way to be able to drink these very special coffees while eliminating the fear of ruining them during the preparation? Is there a way to make this coffee more accessible to more consumers who do not have the time or the knowledge of how to prepare good coffee?
After much effort, research, tests, and support from many professionals who have contributed to us along this path, we found the technology and the way to make it possible.
So, 2 years later, we are excited to present our favorite coffees, which are all grown, processed, roasted, and capsuled in Panama. The extraordinary flavors that make Panamanian coffee famous around the world are now available with Nespresso® compatible capsules.
